The 2008 Artist Project will be marketed via an aggressive attendee communications effort combining show specific marketing with the broader Artropolis marketing campaign (which also integrates The Artist Project message). Advertising, online marketing, direct mail and public relations will target international, national and regional art buying audiences and draw an anticipated 50,000 highly qualified attendees to Artropolis’ five shows.

2008 Marketing Materials for Artists
In addition to our marketing efforts, we want to encourage you to promote yourself by providing you with materials that you can send out to your clients.
Each exhibiting artist will receive:
- 100 show postcards
- 8 Artropolis complimentary passes (each good for 2) and unlimited use of e-mailable complimentary pass
- Artists will also be able to submit client names for Artropolis’ VIP program which provides benefits including access to VIP Lounges
- E-blasts to forward
- Online banner ads to post to website
